For the museum, we created a brand new WordPress website that allowed intuitive navigation for users. For example, website users looking to purchase admissions tickets had multiple opportunities on the homepage to just click a button and be directed straight to the ticket checkout. This made converting extremely easy and increased overall user engagement by over 30%.
Their new website was also created with Woocommerce to allow for online gift shop purchases. This was powerful for BSNM during the pandemic, because they were able to continue to sell across the country, and locally, while having the museum closed due to the quarantine.
